Prior to this past weekend it was reported that Seattle has had only 78 minutes of summer. No, that is now a typo. We have had 78 minutes of temperatures over 80 degrees. Can you even believe it???? So it was a nice surprise when summer finally arrived this weekend. We had 2 glorious days filled with sunshine, nice breezes, windows open, and even the picture above to prove it. Today I write this with the windows closed, wearing a long sleeve shirt and contemplating making a cup of tea. Really pathetic Seattle....pathetic!
